Hello! Welcome! I'm so glad you're here! When I began this journey into gluten free baking for all of you, I never expected this outpouring of support. There are SO MANY of you who have reached out to me saying that it has been so LONG since you've experienced some of the treats we offer. It warms my heart to be able to provide a taste of something that many of you have had to sacrifice having. I am so thankful that you have decided to join me on this adventure. I am so excited to be able to constantly experiment and be creative. Providing new and flavorsome goodies for all of you to enjoy has truly become a passion. I got my start icing donuts at a local grocery store chain before eventually moving on to frying said donuts overnight. Eventually a position opened up as a cake decorator and as I was expecting my first child I absolutely jumped on the idea. For three years I trained under an amazing, talented, woman who had been in the career for quite some time. I learned SO much and it really began my passion for baking and cake decorating. Then COVID-19 hit and changed the world for everyone. With parties limited there wasn't a real big need for my position any longer at the grocery store. I left for a time to do online grocery shopping but eventually came back when things returned to 'normal.' I stayed for a few years but found that I needed something a bit closer to home. Commuting an hour was simply not working with two small children. That leads me to where I am now, working at a locally owned bank. While this has become a wonderful and stable career my passion lies with baking! So, the journey begins! Baking out of my modest kitchen for all of you with the hopes of one day opening up a storefront. Again, thank you, THANK YOU, for coming along on this wild ride!
